Le Rosé du Théron 2008
| Our Rosé Malbec is a result of the first juice that is released during the fermentation. Because the harvest took place about 12 days later than normal (up from the 14th of October) this rosé has a lot of sugar. That is why we have a sweet rosé (vin moelleux) this year. With a very fruity and aromatic taste, this wine is very suitable for an aperitif, but also very tasty with grilled meat. You can also serve this rosé as a dessert wine. |
